Returns for Refund


 

We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee-Return Policy and if you're not happy with our product after using it for 30 days, send it back and we'll refund your order including the original shipping, no questions asked.
How can we do this? We know we have the best quality products on the market and, when compared to anything you’ll find in a garden center, hardware or chain store, our products are equal to or beat them on quality and price.

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), Contact Us and we'll send you a prepaid return envelope.

NOTE: If you ask us to give you a sizing recommendation based on information you give us, we'll do the best we can to give you what we think will be the correct size. However, if the gloves don't fit, this does not constitute an error on our part as far as returning an item. There are too many variables that make up a good fitting pair of gloves and we're trying to help you based on the information we get which doesn't always cover all the parameters.

Please include a copy of your invoice and a note explaining that you'd like a refund. (We would like to hear why you didn't like the product, but that's not required)

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We try to keep our prices as low as we can so we don't have the large profit margins that would allow us to pay for return shipping.
