You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for an exchange and the instructions are here. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), Contact Us and we'll send you a prepaid return envelope.
NOTE: If you ask us to give you a sizing recommendation based on information you give us, we'll do the best we can to give you what we think will be the correct size. However, if the gloves don't fit, this does not constitute and error on our part as far as returning an item. There are too many variables that make up a good fitting pair of gloves and we're trying to help you based on the information we get which doesn't always cover all the parameters.
As soon as we receive the return, we will credit back the full amount of the original order. If you would like to exchange the item for a different size, etc., we will ship out the new item as soon as we receive the return.
We ship any order anywhere in the United States for a flat rate of $7.50.
We use US Postal Service Priority Mail to ship all our orders in the US so please make sure your shipping address is an address where you can receive mail.
We also ship all over the world via International First Class Mail.
Please also note that the shipping rates for International First Class are weight-based so the shipping costs will vary by the item being ordered.
Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do wrap all international orders and mark them on the customs forms as gifts as well as showing a reduced value to help reduce customs fees.
